Sparta Commercial Services is proud to offer a Municipal Leasing Program that allows for exceptionally low municipal rates, thus being able to structure leases with low monthly or annual payments, giving your business the financing tool it needs to format a sale to your municipal customers that they will find cost-effective and attractive.

The Program is straightforward and simple. For each municipal transaction, while you, the Vendor, keep the responsibility of delivering your asset according to the specifications of the municipality, we, as your leasing finance partner, take on the responsibility of all the financial arrangements. We draft the agreements, we bill the customer, and we collect the payments. Your organization would not be burdened with these types of administrative duties or headaches.

Our leases are structured so that you are funded immediately upon delivery, and if it is applicable, can even set up for a partial funding at the time of chassis delivery.

We pride ourselves in being very flexible with our leases, creating terms according the needs of both your business and the municipalities you cater to.
